| CHILLÁN
SPRINGS Considered
by many people as one of the best spas in the country, Termas de Chillán are located
at 1600 meters above sea level and thermal activity combined with a modern ski
resort, which features 28 tracks carefully arranged, with a total of 35 km prepared
to enjoy the full extent of this exciting sport and a potential of 10,000 hectares
of skiable terrain. Through nine lifts (1 triple chair, 3 double chairs and 5
tows) you can access each one of the tracks, from where you will appreciate the
vertical 1,100 m drop provided with an extensive 13 km long track called Las Tres
Marias, the longest in South America, which holds fascinating virgin snow and
is inserted between native forests of ancient trees.

| VINEYARDS
Distributed mostly in the central region, our vineyards have
achieved global fame and prestige for the quality of their wines and strains.
Through wine routes, you can visit vineyards such as Concha y Toro, Viña Errazuriz
and Viña Cousino Macul Undurraga, just to name some. The privileged climate and
terrain of Santiago valleys, Aconcagua and Cachapoal have allowed a large number
of vineyards of different sizes to produce wines with international prestige and
export quality.
When to go:
Santiago vineyards can be visited at
any time of year because of a Mediterranean climate in the central valleys and
in Santiago with an average temperature of 14 ° Celsius. We recommend visiting
the area especially in spring, ie from September to November, or during the fall
harvest, between February and April. From March to April the attractions are
enhanced by the harvest festival, in which mostly wine are tasted as part of the

| VIÑA DEL MAR Viña
del Mar is the undoubtedly the tourist capital of Chile and an essential reference
point, the most important destination of the whole America. This city, always

| | VALPARAISO Valparaiso
port city is located on the southwest coast of South America (central Chile),
in latitude 33 º 01 'South and longitude 71 º 38 ' W, 120 km northwest of Santiago

| | | ACONCAGUA The
Aconcagua is a mountain in the Cordillera de los Andes, located in the Province
of Mendoza in the west-central Argentina. It is the highest peak in Argentina
and the highest in America and Asia overseas. Come to climb the 2nd highest mountain
in the world and have an unforgettable trip. The practice of outdoor activities
is one of the main benefits of the Great Valley of Aconcagua. Generous land of
fields and mountains, sunshine and fresh air, bare rock and wild vegetation, permafrost
and snow virgin was reached late sixteenth century Incan groups, seduced by the
beautiful plains, giving life to a village that soon became the happiest and most
active people in the region. The mitimaes call it "village where the sun sets",
while others call it "Valley of Chile". Each group that arrived in the Inca Valley
gave it different names, all of them regarding to the place where the sun sets,
some of these names were Conconcagua, Canconcagua, Concahua and Aconcagua, which

today".
In several parts of the valley very festive activities such as
threshing mare loose, taming of horses, the rodeo have been recovered.
Similarly
it runs religious festivals of the Virgin of Andacollo in San Felipe, the Virgin
of the Snows in Calle Larga, Santa Filomena in Santa Maria and San Francisco in
the town of Curimón.
Also noteworthy museums hold valuable species from
colonial times located in Los Andes, Curimón, Putaendo and San Felipe.
For
lovers of mountaineering and outdoor activities, this area provides an important
natural heritage.
It has over 35 peaks ranging from 1200-6110 meters above
sea level, giving rise to countless broken down where more than 20 streams that
empty their waters into 4 lakes and 8 rivers, which irrigates five inland valleys
and mountain ranges run through seven mountains.
In the heart of Valle
de Aconcagua there is a place of special attraction called the Cypress Mountain
Range, located in the foothills of the mountain range Bellavista.
The site
is part of a project, supported and subsidized by the United Nations Programme
for Development, whose aim is to study the current status of Cypress Mountain
located more than 2000 m, in order to conserve it.
The highlands of Cypress
are accessible by bicycle mountain bike, on foot or by four-wheel drive vehicles
up to the picnic area.
Then you have to walk or climb on horseback the
slopes of the gorge, rich in native species such as central quillayes, maitenes,
peumos, plus an abundance of birds.
In the near point, where two slopes
and the trail tends to disappear, it appears to the visitor the first cypress,
which kicks off the other trees of this unique species.
This tour is done
during the day, and the best times to visit are fall, winter (with snow-covered
ground) and spring as summer heat and water shortages make it difficult to trip.

should be noted that the site has a picnic area and camping is also a very good

WORLD'S LARGEST POOL - San Alfonso del Mar An
impressive artificial paradise. That's how those who have witnessed the great
spectacle provided by the San Alfonso del Mar resort in Chile define it: a huge
artificial lake that runs through the space between the hotel and the Pacific
Ocean, and it has already been endorsed by the Guinness Book as the world´s largest
pool. Its dimensions: over a mile long and 2.5 million liters of water, which
is equivalent, in other words, an estimated 6,000 residential pools. Yes, unlike
them, the Laguna de San Alfonso del Mar drink directly from the ocean: the surface
is always an intense blue color. It is 2 hours from Santiago.

DEL MAIPO Cajon
del Maipo is a narrowing of the Andean area located in the southeastern part of
the Metropolitan Region, Chile. Corresponds to the upper basin of the Maipo River
(about 900 m), which is encased by mountains and cliffs.The area also has a series
of confluent rivers as the Volcan River, Gypsum and the Colorado River and other
estuaries like San Gabriel, Manzanita, Coyanco, El Sauce, El Manzano and San Jose.
The
main town is San José de Maipo, capital of the district that includes all the
mountain range of the metropolitan area.
The people who live in the mountain
are called La Obra, Las Vertientes (these ones courbanized with Santiago) El Canelo,
El Manzano, Guayacán, San José de Maipo, El Melocotón, San Alfonso, El Ingenio,
San Gabriel y Melosas, Los Maitenes, Alfalfal, El Romeral, Queltehues, El Volcán,
Baños Morales and Lo Valdés .
